• The property listing URL and/or the PDF or ZIP file you upload
• The property address or cadastral reference, if you provide one
• Your email address
• Your preferred report language
• Any particular concerns you describe in the form
• Technical metadata (for example, the date and time of submission)

3. Purpose of processing

We process this data to prepare your free preliminary property check and, where requested, your paid Complete Property Risk Report, to send you the result by email, and, with your separate consent, to contact you about related services.

4. Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form on this site.

5. How your submission is handled

Form submissions are sent through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded by email to the Befory team for manual review. If you purchase the Complete Property Risk Report, your payment is processed directly by Stripe — we do not receive or store your card details.

6. Recipients of data

Only our own team, and the technical service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (FormSubmit.co for form delivery, and Stripe for payment processing where applicable), have access to your data.

7. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to prepare and deliver your report, or until you request its deletion.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site uses browser local storage to remember your chosen interface language. It also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. No advertising cookies are used.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@befory.eu.

10. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your place of residence or the place of the alleged infringement.

11. Automated decision-making

The free preliminary check and the Complete Property Risk Report are AI-assisted and based on the information and documents you provide. They are purely informational and do not constitute automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR — the final decision always remains yours.
